My first week since getting back from Cambodia was spent in banks, government and supplier offices, trying to gear up for the launch of The Cebruery. I needed to wear something very straightforward and fuss free for the long hours waiting and all the running around town. The black Divided by H&M dress I got in Russian Market back in Phnom Penh is a versatile one; it's very light and I can re-purpose it as a top as seen above - I love it so much that I bought one in every color available! The F21 shorts add a pop of color in my otherwise mundane getup. I also automatically grabbed a pair of sunnies from Sunnies by Charlie the moment I stepped in my first mall - a great welcome back to Cebu gift for myself.
